Make Money with a Positive Memory

The following helped me in recognizing the purpose of of excellent customer services. Rickie Lee Jones stated, "You never know when your're making a memory."

The point is when you're dealing with customers they will remember your responses to them and if you are dealing with them fairly the memory they will have is going to be positive and if you ever need to deal with them again they will be more than happy to consider what you have to offer.

I've found this rings very true in my online business where we teach modeling successful people and with MyInternetBusiness and several other online businesses I'm associated with.
